Services. Columbia Home Cleaner provides Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
